Your artwork goes in production once you have placed your order with us. Since we follow a made-to-order business policy, we do not accept cancellations
We do a thorough quality check before sending our orders.
Unfortunately, refund is not possible on orders already delivered.
However, The following are the only cases we accept returns/refunds:
1. Item was damaged on arrival to the buyer's location
2. Received Wrong product ( Not what you ordered )
On receiving the product you have a 1 day (24-hour) window to contact us if there is an issue with your order.
Note: In case if you had received a damaged or a miss printed product we request you to provide a video of product while opening the package (which is the only proof we accept in order to get another new product ) we will provide new product under that condition.
